Ingredients:
500g liquidised chicken livers – or other liver
2 1/2 C flour – you can use wholewheat flour and some oats if you like
2 eggs
1/2 oil
1/2 water
Method:
Mix all the above together in food processor.
Pour mixture into a baking tray and bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into tiny pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes.
